They are in the final throws of a 3.5.2 release due Feb 26th according
to schedule.

The latest 3.5.2 RC3 is available here:

So if we can try that on unbuntu I would be willing to make the change
... looking ahead:

Live DVD RC3 Feb 28th Documentation Goal
Live DVD Final March 14d

So we have a window to transition to Eclipse 3.5.2 when it comes out
on the 26th :-)
