a positive feedback from my side here too. I cloned with git on ubuntu.
It's running OK there. Copied the code to a win xp machine, set eclipse
up, ran refresh and it's AOK.

If there are problems I think it can only be bound to the way eclipse
is installed and which plugins are around. We'll have to figure out if

Yesterday I cloned 3 times from commandline on windows, which should be
less stable than osx.
At this rate I might try putting the repo on another service to see if it is
a gitorious bug or a repo bug.
