Hi,

a positive feedback from my side here too. I cloned with git on ubuntu. It's running OK there. Copied the code to a win xp machine, set eclipse up, ran refresh and it's AOK.

Cheers,

Ugo

Also, I just imported the udig plugins and project from scratch and it
took me less than 30 minutes (with refresh.xml) to be up and running.
If there are problems I think it can only be bound to the way eclipse
is installed and which plugins are around. We'll have to figure out if
the guide is properly setup. If you have troubles setting up the
environment and *did* follow the guide, please let us know. Obviously
also is you didn't follow the guide :)

That is a disaster. Why you I wonder... The missing commit error? I will
boot into osx and try there but I have cloned master in the past in OSX.
Yesterday I cloned 3 times from commandline on windows, which should be
less stable than osx.
At this rate I might try putting the repo on another service to see if it is
a gitorious bug or a repo bug.

Hi Jesse,

  I am connecting to "git://gitorious.org/udig/udig-platform.git"
using the git protocol.

I have tried with command line, SmartGit and eGit. All with the same
problem.

This is being done on MacOS.
