To expand on this,
The quickstart should user mapservers that are already installed on the
osgeo-live disk rather than external WMS. (As the disk should be able to
be used when not connected to the web).
A default mapserver is installed, which I believe is accessible at:
http://localhost/cgi-bin/mapserv

dm_solutions). Need to upgrade the Quickstart.

How to fix?
- The first step would be to email DM Solutions and confirm if their
server is still up? In the past I have emailed

- If not can anyone recommend another WMS server to use?
- There is also a chance that a change to GeoTools WMS client or
MapServer has resulted in an incompatibility

really use a volunteer on this one.
