[udig-devel] warning on case conflicted files EditMenu.png and Legend.png

I have run into some "case conflicted" files - since my file system is not case 
sensitive this prevents
me doing *anything* with git (as no matter what I do I get a conflict).

- udig.github.com/docs/user/_images/editmenu.png 
- udig.github.com/docs/user/_images/EditMenu.png
- udig.github.com/docs/user/_images/legend.png
- udig.github.com/docs/user/_images/Legend.png

I do not have an easy way of checking for this prior to commit (other then 
looking out for it) anyone got a suggestion?
