Hi fellow uDig-ers!

It would be nice to have a tentative 1.3.3 release date. I need to plan my
time carefully these days and a concrete date is easier to deal with, than
"soon".

It would be nice to ship 1.3.3 with with some
additional graticule functionality:

   - *Configurable graticule square size shown in min/max scale range*
(with ability to add multiple ranges, or just allow Graticule to
   determine these automatically as now)
   - *Configurable graticule line label*
      - formats (degree | meter, subset of full coordinate format, aka.
      minutes only)
      - number vertical and horizontal label bands
   - *Configurable border *
      - on/off
      - ticks aligned with graticule lines (degree | meter formated)
   - Congurable legend
      - on/off
      - map scale
      - map to world length mapping (aka 1:50 000 -> "1km is 2cm"),
      - full coordinate format with label format highlighted
(makes it easier to see which part of the full coordinate is printed
      as labels)
      - user-specified copyright text

With these capabilties, uDig is one step closer to being a fully capable
mapping solution for operational use (rapid manual coordinate reading,
high-density map printouts for operational use).

Cheers,
Kenneth
