Hi Jody, Everyone
Sure if it makes sense to shift the time to 5pm EST we can do so. The
live audience might be a bit smaller, but the bulk of views tend to be
the recording views afterwards.
Please don't feel obligated to talk much about LocationTech. This
session is a spotlight on uDig. :-)

We have a couple options:
a) Frank has a 15 min Prezi, and should be in position to speak? (How
did your presentation go Frank?)
b) The time slot is listed at 2am for me Andrew. Is it possible to
move that to the same time as yesterday's meeting?
Other than that we should hit the same points as our proposal
<http://locationtech.org/proposals/user-friendly-desktop-internet-gis-udig> (either
in presentation or discussion):
1) Scope
2) Description
- functionality available in our standalone example "uDig" application
- the core value add for uDig framework: eclipse RCP, custom plugins,
generate custom application with "just" enough GIS for your users
- case studies showing how this can be applied
3) Why LocationTech
- out reach to Eclipse RCP community
- vendor neutral foundation
4) Initial contribution, schedule
What is being provided, how the proposal process is going, schedule etc...

Ping.
Hi All, let's start promoting this talk. There's a little over a week
to go.
I need to know who's speaking, and a bit about what will be covered.
Thanks!

27th works great. I've updated the wiki.
Who wants to give the presentation? I know 11am EST is horrible in
Oz. :-)
Google Hangout can accommodate multiple presenters. The person
talking has to be the person showing their screen (or their face
via. webcam if desired).

Tuesday is a thing is it?
The 27th of Nov looks good for me, format appears to be a short
talk, possible demo etc.
And Frank has just updated a Prezi :-)

Hi All,
FYI, let's pin down a Tuesday in December for the uDig demo/hangout.

If you move quickly, you'll get your pick of day.
Thanks in advance,
Andrew
