Found a build issue since the version of the help bundle references an old parent pom (plugins module). Started with an empty local maven repository and it fails because parent pom is not resolvable (1.3.3-SNAPSHOT vs. 1.4.0-SNAPSHOT)
Going to fix it tonight and test the latest catalog changes from Jody ...
