So to clarify the existing Git (at github) is "frozen"? At some point in the hopefully near future we will have a new version of Git hosted by eclipse that we will commit to?
My understanding is that since you are set up on the eclipse end of things that we can smoothly pull your fix over when the time comes.
The fix is small so I don't think it matters - I can always redo if necessary.
Ideas?
We wait a week or two and see what happens.
