At some stage I forgot to close the Acrobat window before rendering next version. While producing activating the PDF button nothing happened until I understood what was the problem: The program wouldn't overwrite the file as long as an other instance was locked by the other application. uDig could be even more user-friendly if some feedback would be provided to signal that the file was locked by another application.
