Hello Rudi,

like I proposed here is the request for contribution agreement. Its all
about eu.udig.tools code contributed by Axios (Mauricio Pazos) between 2010
and 2012.

All headers containing copyright statements :

 * (C) 2010, Vienna City - Municipal Department of Automated Data
Processing,
 * Information and Communications Technologies.
 * Vienna City agrees to license under Lesser General Public License (LGPL).

Can you confirm the contract between City of Vienna and Axios and that the
agreement is correct.

In addition to the initial agreement to contribute under LGPL would you
as representative of City of Vienna agree to change the license to Axios
BSD License?

 * (http://www.eclipse.org/legal/epl-v10.html), and the Axios BSD
 * License v1.0 (http://udig.refractions.net/files/asd3-v10.html).

Later on after the transition to Locationtech.org the headers will be
updated again to I guess something like that, see details "LOCATIONTECH"
right here:
