Hello,
Today I downloaded udmsearch-3.1.1 because I want to search
through my news articles.
I did everything described in doc/NEWS.html.
Compiled with --enable-news-extension and --with-mysql, used the
create file from frontends/perl/mysql-perl-news/create/,
installed the provided indexer.conf from
frontends/perl/mysql-perl-news/etc and changed that to suit my
database.
When I run the indexer I get the following:
./indexer -a -u %/ruunet%
Indexer[63334]: indexer from UdmSearch v.3.1.1/MySQL started
with '/usr/local/udmsearch/etc/indexer.conf'
Indexer[63334]: [1] Error: '#1054: Unknown column 'crc32' in
'field list''
Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong here?

PS. I run FreeBSD 4.0-STABLE with mysql from the portscollection.
