The big problem is that there is currently no real licence on these
files. They were included in the SAGEM fast800 GPL driver (and ADI had
put a GPL licence on it

As we did not think that we could distribute this binary-only code under
GPL, we asked ADI about a redistribuable licence for these firmwares and
the others firmwares (*.bnm). But after some discussion and promises, we
have never obtained a redistributable licence so far. Current work is
being done for eagle4 though.

Check on Sagem linux driver (in the windows driver there are BNM files)
or better, at :
