I'm not sure if this is the right mailing list for my issue. I
originally dealt with this problem on the Gimp mailing list, but it
turns out the problem might be with UFraw.

When I open a DNG file using UFraw 0.15 (and subsequently Gimp 2.6.8),
most of the EXIF data seems to disappear. This is in openSUSE 11.2.
Here's the relevant email from the Gimp mailing list:

Here's a link to a DNG file straight from my Pentax K-7:
http://www.ottoplace.com/uploads/GORE3707.DNG (this is a 12.6 MB file)

I'm not sure if this is an issue that's been resolved in UFraw 0.16, I
have no way of testing that on my end right now. I'd appreciate any
help. Right now, I have hundreds of pictures with practically no EXIF
data, which is really aggravating.
