The correct way to do this is to create an ID file with the desired
profile and use the --conf option.

I have a 64-bit environment so I couldn't reproduce the crash, but
using valgrind I get an error very similar to your backtrace. I'll
look into it in the beginning of next week if noone fixes it earlier.
