Dear group, For the one or the other reason, dcraw is all about reverse-engineering. It does a wonderful job in reverse-engineering raw formats and associated camera data. Unluckily it does so in a way that asks reverse engineering to understand ...
Anyhow, my question : did someone figure out what is exactly the role of 'cblack' stuff that was added in dcraw 9.00 ? (and which seems the major change besides adding camera's) It looks like some per channel black level, but then also at other occasions it is mixed with black. Any help or insight would be appreciated. Best regards, Jos <frusration mode> P.S. I still dream of a dcraw which follows some elementary software principles. Such as isolation of variables, self containing functions, readable variables and comments ... But then it risks to be more clear of course ... </frustration mode> ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ _______________________________________________ ufraw-devel mailing list ufraw-devel@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/ufraw-devel
