These are in the mount(1M) man page. I am not sure why they were in the
mount_ufs man page in s9, but they are generic to mounts so I can see
why they are in the mount(1M) page. Maybe they just got moved to a more
appropriate location?

specific_options, the default is rw.
Read-write with quotas turned on. Equivalent to rw,
The options still seem to be valid, just no longer in the man page.
