Additional information: The Dell 2650 uses a PERC 4/DC. The filesystem in question is hosted on a RAID1 on the PERC 4/DC.
It would appear that quotas are not getting updated as files are deleted. Unfortunately, this is only affects a handful of users and never the same set of users (as of last night, only one user was affected). How or where do you start with trying to troubleshoot this?
