[ug-bosug] Does FreeBSD have ZFS on root ?

I chanced upon http://wiki.freebsd.org/ZFSOnRoot just now.

I'm all tired can may be interpreting the wiki correctly, but do those
directions imply that the FreeBSD bootloader has support for ZFS ?
