recently i had downloaded Kubuntu 9.04 ISO sporting the latest KDE 4.2, but
not having any blank CDs at home , i checked up google for
a possible solution. for ubuntu it mentioned to create a folder under / and
extract vmlinuz and initrd.gz into it and create a grub entry like
root (hdX,X)
kernel /folder/vmlinuz
initrd /folder/initrd.gz

and it did not work i figured out that some other kernel options must be
given. If such a thing is to be done for BELENIX how do i go
about doing it ?
