Thanks for the heads up. What is the scope of the "extended partition support" that is going in: 1. Recognizing the extended partition to be able to easily mount/unmount & read/write. 2. Supporting installation on extended partitions 3. While installing (on any partition) identifying other OSes on extended partitions, identifying if they are bootable and adding entries in OpenSolaris grub menu list. cheers Shiv
