Hey manish,

Motherboard : Intel (or compatible) chipsets are pretty well
supported.. I've been successful wiht all three that i have.

Sound : the onboard ones should be fine.. even if not.. opensound.com
should work.

HDD : I'm using SATA hard disk and works great. The onboard controller
will work.

If you have access to the motherboard before assemble.. just attach
the (SMPS,monitor,keyboard,mouse,earphones) to the motherboard and
plub in a Belenix USB and boot off if. You can usually OpenSolaris
this way.
