Were you able to get the GUI in BeleniX ? If yes, copy /etc/X11/xorg.conf from BeleniX to your Solaris installation.
If that doesn't work Google for the error messages that appear in /var/log/Xorg.0.log and post a reply with the relevant error messages from the log file.
