Not sure if 'thumper' [the hardware storage from Sun] is the right choice here.
Storage capacity of a thumper is 24TB. [Think of Thumper as a Computer
with 24 TB storage which can be *easily administered* using ZFS.]

Around 100 [or thereabouts] thumpers can provide the stoarage to hold the data
[1GB/s for 30 days]
