Hi,

I was just upgrading to the Solaris Express b64 yesterday. I formatted
my spare 80GB HDD and created a 10 GB partition for Solaris to install.
I tried to configure the network from there itself (With the options
DHCP, IPv6:no) it said "one moment please" and then sort of hung.

So I just closed the window after which the normal installer started. I
chose the partition and the installer just started fine. This was at
1:30 in the night, so I decided I might as well go to sleep while it
installed. I know from previous experience this takes around 40 to 50 mins.

Anyway, so when I got up today to my surprise it had only completed
installing 60% or so. I mean whatever I was seeing seemed to be fine, it
was not stuck and it was moving along - but really really slowly. I
finally had to manually shut it down, and now need to investigate
further into what could've happened. Any ideas?

Cheers,
Abhishek
