Sriram, Please check if nwam is causing any issues there ? NWAM is now integrated but, is a little flaky as of now... I was seeing something similar where the nwam went into a loop.
You can disable nwam using : svcadm disable nwam. You could then try starting the DHCP for bge0. Regards, Sanjeev.
