Arrange a seminar, but make a announcement, only top contributors every month will get those Sun goodies. Let them explore OpenSolaris. Also give away 2009.06 cd iso not the goodies, which is 700 mb and big 1 with many developer stuff is like 3.4x as what I remember. And 1 tip is > Dont let them start asking application compatibility & other stuff before using OpenSolaris. To get hands on OpenSolaris they probabbly need 30 calender days if they are freshers.
