It's been a long time, but I seem to recall that in the later
editions of EIS CD's contained some tools, including those for
explorer data such as SNEEP, ACT, etc ... Also included tool(s) to
generate patch status etc., tho' I can't remember it's name.
Explominer was another. Used to reside at the Cores site ...
There's now a Services Tools Bundle (STB) that would be worth
looking at. I think it's publicly available.
