It might be a system problem I seem blocked as well but some times I can log
on so I am not sure they are blocking. That is why I have not complained
about it, keep on trying for a little longer.

Have you noticed the similarity of the way he talks with dictator Museveni.
Everybody else is "that chap". They all believe they were God sent to rid
the world of all evil. They were both granted the presidency by Court.
