UPDF has killed some people in Gulu, the
information we have is that some Ugandans surrendered to UPDF and they were
being escorted by an RC1 Defence to the barracks where they would be processed,
UPDF attacked them, killed them including the RC1 defence who was in charge of
them. Well come to real NRM culture.
