Extreme brutality by the UPDF on the people of Uganda is apparently intended (in Museveni deranged mind) to dehumanized the people of Uganda to the point of submission. Cooking people is one such brutality. In anycase where were the UPDF when KONY Rebels were cooking people? Of what use is the UPDF (an organization which is suppose to defend Ugandans) when the KONY rebels were cooking people. Is the UPDF that incompetent so much so that in spite of thousands of troops deployed in Northern Uganda to supposingly fight "Kony Rebels", KONY rebels still manage to kill and cook people a few kilometers from a UPDF detach? The fact that Kony can kill and cook people, can ONLY imply that the UPDF is a spent force! .... and if this is the case why pretend that UPDF troops were and are stilled deployed in Nortthern Uagnda to protect citizens.
