Driver jailed KAMPALA � Nakawa Court has remanded a taxi driver in Luzira for carrying
three excess passengers and driving without a permit. Edward Musisi, 32, of
Luzira, appeared before grade one magistrate Flavia Nassuna and denied the
charge. He allegedly committed the offence on October 25 on Port-Bell Road,
