Aronda Nyakairima, was present. Qiangmin said the Chinese army had allocated 21 slots for training the UPDF personnel, the biggest the country has offered to a single African country. He said the 40-year mutual relationship between Uganda and China had not only been in the military but also in the social and economic sectors. Col.
