Thanks for this. I have already expresed my unease about
condemning entire ethnic/religious groups for the sins of
individuals, institutions, and regimes.
And one more thing about the Nabagereka. 16 years ago,
Mutebi himself may not have know she would be the queen. So
officially, she has no case to answer for not having spoken
out.
But of course, the extremely imaginative can condemn
retroactively.
