accepting that NRM policies have failed, we have killed enough people we
have created enough enemies in our great lakes area. Let us get out of power
and we let some other decent person lead this nation? You know every

What else do you want Museveni and the govt to do?
There is the amnesty in place for rebels, the govt
proposed a ceasefire and a plan put in place for talks
all of which were shunned by Kony.
The suffering of the people is being aggravated by
Kony who does not want a peaceful resolution to the
conflict he started period.
