to be conferred Doctorate
DATELINE: Chennai, Dec 4 BODY: President of the Republic of Rwanda Paul Kagame will be conferred with the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (Honoris Causa) at a special convocation in the Vellore Institute of Technology (Deemed University) at Vellore in southern Indian state of Tamil Nadu on Wednesday.
