The question should be: given the presences of more then 40,000 UPDF regular troops, given the fact that UPDF has covered every square inch of land in Northern Uganda, how on earth is it still possible that the so called Kony rebels can and are capable of ambush buses, lorries cars e.t.c ...a mind capable of conducting critical analysis would think along this line... And if one can think along this lies, one is forced to conclude that it is the UPDF killing citizens in Northern Uganda period. 6.How many people in Luwero care to know why their sons where dragged from their houses and murdered?
