Kaddu is one of those who killed so many innocent people in Luwero (Semuto) for M7. I will not shed any tears if the "revolution" has decided to do away with him! This guy has so many peoples blood in his hands!

Blood in car of missing war veteranRogers MulindwaA former Luwero vice chairman is feared dead after being abducted by unknown people, together with his two sons.
Lt. John Kaddu�s car was found abandoned along Bukalasa road 1km to Wobulenzi town on the night of Dec. 23.
He had been in the company of his two sons Sam Kinene and Peter Kaddu, a second year student at Makerere University.
Luwero DPC James Epadu said the car had bloodstains. A blanket and sharp knife were found inside.
Unconfirmed reports indicate that the former UPDF soldier was abducted from his home in Semuto. Police could not confirm the reports but said they had dispatched a team of investigators.
The car was driven to Luwero police station.
Kaddu once served as district vice chairperson and had expressed interest in the chairmanship but stood down in favour of Ignatius Koomu. The current chairman, Abdul Nadduli, defeated Koomu.
He reportedly got threatening anonymous calls before he went missing.
