Fellow Citizens:

If 3,000 so called Kony rebels can create numerous amounts of chaos in the
Northern Uganda, is it not logical to assume that with the defeat of the so
called Kony rebels by the UPDF, the amount of KONY created Chaos in Northern
Uganda would dramatically and noticeably decrease? Would you aggree?

Is it then the case that since the UPDF announcement that the so called KONY
rebels have been defeated, the intensity and the frequency of the so called
LRA rebels attacks on the civilian population have decrease dramatically?

If the answer is NO. then we must conclude that the UPDF did not defeat the
so called LRA rebels. and that the rebels continue to be numerous in number
that is why the murder of or fellow citizens is continue en-mass.

Now if it is true (as the UPDF has told us) that the Number of Kony rebels
have been significantly decreased.

Or better yet that the so called KONY rebels have been defeated, then the
question becomes: who is killing citizens in northern Uganda? Obvioulsy it
cannot possible be the some defeated rebels or can it?

Some would argue that perhaps it is the few remaining remnants of the LRA who
are still causing chaos in Northern Uganda. To which I say, surely remnants
would not go as far as gaining access to a dancing hall from where they
proceed to murder civilians?

Better yet how can rebel remnants who are very few in number continue to
brutalize citizens with the some degree of intensity and veracity as if to
say that rebel ranks number where not diminished by the UPDF?

The other conclusion which we can draw is that it is the UPDF murdering
citizens in northern Uganda given the fact that KONY rebels have been
defeated or their numbers greatly reduced.
