To all,
Once again I have come this time not criticize but to harmonize. For
those who reside in USA you can witness how Kenyans wire money to Kenya.
Kibaki's government is young it has been elected few days ago. His cabinet is
the best for his government. We need to acknowledge and advise him if
possible and move on with building the Nation.
President Kibaki has to adjust his cabinet in the ministry of healthy
swop it with Hon Charity Ngilu.
Now that the school is open parents are happy for the free education
they have missed for long time. Kibaki has assured the poor that their
children will be accommodated in his government. Free education will induce
the poorest family's children to attend school instead of doing child labor
or street boy business for those in the city or cattle rustling for those in
Turkana and Pokot.
President Kibaki has to realize that his government is made out of
people's interests. He must deliver what he told Kenyans. Tribal clashes must
not even appear in the paper. Covering Hon: Saitoti in his government about
Goldenberg scandal should not rise. Police department should be cleaned along
with Judiciary which is harboring corruption in the country. The police
department which involves other department within the force should represent
the Kenyan image not a provincial image. Kenyans don't expect police officers
from one region like the current officers to Man the police department. Fair
police promotion and fair power distribution. Kenyans who are holding Land
title deeds should be returned to their lands without fail. This is the most
dangerous part all over the country.
The chief Justice should be appointed from among Justice Kwach, Justice
Githiji,Justice Effie awuori etc. including many others those who are
qualified. Somebody competent not somebody to protect Kibaki. Kibaki should
shine his government as the government of all Kenyans.
How can an O level police officers be promoted while an
undergraduate who writes a good criminal report on criminals be promoted on
merit without considering the resourceful officers? Transparency in the
police force and fair police promotions. Presidential escort and guards come
from Lake Tanganyika they should be from all parts of the country because
they are all Kenyans? We can not have all guards come from one Lake of the
country.
The governor of central Bank should not even be touched he rescued
Kenyans when Moi requested him to print money for the campaign whereby he
refused. Governor Nyagah should be left alone.The stable country with
peaceful citizens will be happy with a healthy economy and internal security.
This will attract both investors and consumers. President Kibaki the ball is
yours.
We have changed the tones and tunes we are waiting for the referee to
start the game and induce the growth of the economy.
