Who are this "Certain UPDF generals" who have continued to promote chaos in 
DRC.  Is Kazini one of the Generals? 

 On whose authority are they operating? Does the Ugandan constitution  allow 
such officers to engage clandestine military operations  of promoting wars in 
other neighboring countries? .....and if it does not, what, if anything, is 
Yoweri Museveni's Parliament doing about it? What about the revenue collected 
at the Bwera Kasese border post? who is "eating" that revenue? Was the 
revenue reported to Uganda Revenue Authority?
