If we had the political-military sense and will to map out a different future for Africa, where the value of human life was the centripetal factor in economics and in politics, the Musevenis of Africa would be taken in hand-cuffs into a continental court and tried for their crimes against humanity. Their regimes would be stamped out by continental military forces before they even had a chance to establish their murderous regimes. If France could send its military into Africa to defend its national interest in palces like the Ivory Coast, there is no reason why Africa should be so powerless and accommodating in the face of such human rights disasters as are presented in places like Museveni's Uganda. Happy New Year to all of you fellow African Brothers and Sisters whose humanity is touched by the political disasters of African misrule.
