Mr Matekopoko,there in this world some difficult jobs to do.Some as much as they are difficult can with tact be easily surmounted.However one of the most difficult jobs that surmounting always poses the greatest threat is that of educating a people who have out of their volition chosen to see white where every other persons/people see black.It is surprising that the Katikiro himself a one time NRM Special District Administrator has taken close to 17years plus to come to the simple conclusion that the so called ebyaffe that Ssebagabe doled them was and still is Byoya bye Nswa!.How ridiculous could things actually be in Uganda of the 21st Century?.

The Katikkiro of Buganda, Joseph Ssemwogerere, has asked the people of
Buganda to intensify their demand for 'ebyaffe', including Federo, from
government.
Ssemwogerere was speaking at a party organised by the family of Katalina
Nakalema, who clocked 106, and her sister, Firisita Namazzi, 96.
He appealed to the Baganda demanding for their property not to give up.
"I appeal t! o the Baganda not to give up, but continue demanding for our
things, including the Federo system of government because the government
still owes us a lot," he said.
He said the Mengo government had no tax revenue base and the only way of
sustaining itself was through individual contributions by buying more
certificates.
"You should work for your kingdom and sustain it through contributions,"
Ssemwogerere said.
