PARMEHUTU is self explainatory.This led to a fake independence on the aftermath of bloodshed and outflux of refugees to neighbouring countries of Uganda,Burundi,DRC and Tanzania.At this stage arleady the whites had managed to divide the Rwandans.The latter had to be suspicious of each other because one is a refugee denied his natural right of citizen the other is second class citizen in his own country.The politics of divide and rule was introduced by the Belgians in Rwanda.That is how some Rwandese were excluded from the Army,schools,civil service and this resulted in social injustice. The Rwandese Patriotic Front had to mobilise people and create an Army to fight the social injustice imposed to the Rwandans by a corrupt government based on quota systems.The MRND government assisted by Belgium,France and Zaire feared the positive change then used the peasants to kill their neighbours.Dignitaries of MRND never accepted to share power with other political forces and opted to genocide.Brainwashing the population made the genocide possible and swift.The culture of impunity since 1959 was also another factor .which contributed to the genocide.The role of leaders is well known.The messages they addressed to the population were clear indications of the preparation of genocide.Imagine when the Head of State dares to say that a country is too small that some of the citizens have to be refugees for ever.This means they were intentionly made refugees but the very leader said that they did run away as their choice.He continued that they feared the 1959 revolution as if it was a revolution or genocide.People did not run away because of  the industrial revolution.The Rwandese had to run away because the 1959,1973 and 1990 were not revolutions but genocide of tutsi and moderate hutu.A revolution brings a positive change  for instance the industrial revolution brought about new methods of production qualitatively and quantitatively.The destructive genocide of 1959,1960's,1973 and early1990's were not revolutions.Those who stopped the genocide are heroes and the world has to respect them.  [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: Bwana Ruremesha, thank you for understanding  my Message of Honor to Bwana Nkubito.You must understand that democracy takes long time to be achieved. Leaders come and go, but Rwanda and the new generation have to live in the future competitive global villages. I am challenging every Rwandan, in any field who has knowledge of this history and who can enlighten our Rwanda's society and our friends, to tell us and the world, what really caused genocide in Rwanda. Is it the Dynastic Monarchy of Rwanda 1081-1959? Is it the brutal Colonial Belgian governments. Remember them cutting legs and hands of those who had disobeyed their slave labor. Remember the refugee mass movement to British territories (Uganda, Tanzania and Kenya ), many of those Rwandans have multiple nationalities. Remember those who were mauled by the lions ( Igirayo kiramujanye)on their way to work in  Ankole, Buganda,Toro, Bunyoro, Kakamega, etc. (later to become independent Uganda, Tanzania and Kenya. Remember stories of those Rwandans and Burundians, mostly hutu cultivators who were buried alive by some Bwana in order to avoid to pay them their cultivation labor wages. Remember the primitive school corporal punishments all teachers enforced. Many people including the current President His Excellence President Kagame, the King of Rwanda, His Majesty King Kigeli, Ambassadors of Rwanda, Generals of Rwanda, Professors of Rwanda, Military Officers of Rwanda, Medical Doctors of Rwanda, Teachers of Rwanda, Rich people of Rwanda, poor people of Rwanda have in one way or the other been brutalized via corpal punishments. Could this be one of the causes of genocide? No one should deny that the interahamwes (genocide criminals) are responsible for murdering all the innocent Rwandans. What we need to know is who caused the genocide? What is the root of genocide? Where did it originate? Who designed it? Who planned it? Who financed it? I believe that this would be a good discussion on this forum and a good debate. But I also think that it requires plenty of research before anyone can really jump into a quick conclusion, or jump into discussion without academic facts and eveidence. We all know that the Interahawmes (genocide criminals) brutally murdered, rapped innocent Rwandans and their friends and must be judged for their criminal involvement's. Even a fool knows that. Even insane people know that, even the children know that. The issue is not whether the interahamwes (genocide criminals) should be free from their criminal activities. Many of them have admitted that indeed they were fully or partially involved in their criminal activties.They should not be allowed to roam freely  in Rwanda and around the globe without justice  being done to them, and it must be full justice, recorded and becomes  legally and internationally recognized. Can anyone tell  this forum what is the cause of genocide in Rwanda and where it originated  from? Please do not jump into  false conclusions.
