Mwaami Lutimba Matovu,what the heck makes you think I said the budget was not cut as you state a long time before this present posting of the envoys?.
I have been wondering what type of relations Uganda under the Movement Fundamental change has,because it appears per the report that foreign governments cajole our government to open up embassies in their countries.This is akin to one's neighbour coaxing him/her into becoming a neighbour in the first place.Mwaami Matovu,as the NRM spokesperson dont you think these developments are the tell-tale signs of a bankrupt system of governance just groping in the dark for extreneous
guidance on how to stay in power.Mwaami Matovu,time that greatest of all judges will soon absolve most of us who for the last 17 donkey years have said and still continue to say that Mu7 is as bankrupt to every meaning of the word as his charade of bankruptancy says of him.
The Kony war is the bogeyman Mu7 has artifully used to stay in power for to the minds of many especially so those who have continued to have sound sleeps by courtsey of the peace ushered in by Mu7,keeping Kony at bay is the same as keeping Obote et UPC their perceived enemy out of Uganda.Until this unfounded paranoia is got rid of from our psyche,we shall continue to become apologists for decript and kleptocratic system that Mu7 is trying to entrench in the body politic of Uganda.
You have all the right to defend Mu7 and his brood of thieves,murderers and rapists but please remember that at the end justice will one day prevail and I hope that,that day you will join all those Ugandans who have been suffering under Mu7 to celebrate their long and hard earned struggle for real peace,the peace that is not guarded by missiles,helicopter gunships,AK 47s that Mu7 ushered in, in Uganda in 1986.

contain LRA mayhem. MOFA was also affected.
