My dear brother Ssemakula,
 
I wonder if it has ever occurred to you that every time you blame Pan Africanism for ills such as the suffering of Liberian refugees in Cote d'Ivoire you sound as crass as some members of this forum who blame Buganda and Baganda for each and every problem Uganda has or will ever face.
 
Pan Africanism is not a past that we are returning to, nor a status quo that we wish to maintain.  It is the future we must move inexorably toward.
