Period. Then after taking power in Uganda, cause as much obstruction as possible so that peoples' attention will be forcused on his wanton kirrings in "some part". repeat just "some part" of Uganda so that the Baganda and all those who failed him in his ill conceived attempt at the presidency through the ballot would have the time to challenge him and his dictatorship in Uganda. When no opportunity availed itself to do just that, he cranked up Rwanda. This was after successfully liquidating Kayiira(RIP) and Nkongwa(RIP), and the archbishop Nsubuga (RIP). Not to mention Oyite Ojok(RIP). When Rwanda started he had to liquidate Rwigema(RIP). All was to get rid of anybody who would stand in his way. Do you know why he hates Dr. Obote so much. Dr Obote challenged his evil motive. Dr. Kawanga Ssemogerere challenged his presidency look waht he did to him. Rwakasisi challenged his existency............ With this little background in mind, dictator Museveni vowed to "liquidate and �exterminate (You were so drunk you did not hear this speech) those primitive northerners.....who are....afterall biological substance". I wish I could pass this live speech and interview to you. I have it on a DVD for the record when we will need at the Hague.
Mr. Matovu I think be honest with yourself and at least express no contest on this dictator's words. Do not defend what you are not aware of but pretend to be well informed. Ask other Movementists about this speech and interview or go the NRM secretariate and retrieve all his press interviews and speeches on the first week of his dictatorship.
