Kasangwawo
But why are they only in Buganda? And I am basing my question on the Bukedde piece which is more clearer.

Thank you Mr. Kasangwawo. Why is it that The New Vision consistently seeks to misinform us by twisting words or rather manufacturing stories?

Davis,
it seems the New Vision misinterpreted what the man said.
He never said that federo is likely to fail as the Vision purports. He said
that if Mengo does not brace itself, the campaign for the return of federo
might not be successful. Now, to my mind, there is a difference between the
two.
Just read below what Bukedde says.
