Subject: [Mwananchi] Luo Narc mps shut up "The Law"
Publiceye Group This is ridiculous. Narc Nyanza MPS are forgetting that Judiciary is dominated by people from Nyanza and Western province. The police commissioner is from Nyanza, Chief Justice Benard Chunga is from Western, high court registra is from Nyanza, Amos Wako is from Western and Judge Oguk is from Nyanza. It is time for them to shut up and clean the elements of corruption. Nyanza and western province have misused the big stake they have in Judiciary by promoting corruption. It is evident that they are responsible for the rotten Judiciary and yet they are complaining for inefficiency in Judiciary and now they are saying Luos (Oguk) are targeted. When Judge Oguk took bribes he was by himself not his Luo tribe. He will face the Law as an individual but not as Luos. Hon:Raila has frozen all road contracts in the country is there any tribe which has claimed targeted by Raila's decision? Why are the Luo mps crying foul when they know that Judiciary and Police departments will be cleaned no matter they cry blood? Nyanza and Western province workers in Judiciary are to blame for the failure of Justice in our courts and for the promotion of corruption in their various offices they hold. They have Key positions to stop corruption but instead they are promoters of corruption. The fact that NARC government dominates those areas will not stop justice to prevail. Justice for all Kenyans but not party favoritism . NARC members of parliament should stop political hypocrisy and commit themselves as by the contract they made with the people of Kenya. Luo Nyanza supporting and voting for NARC government doesn't qualify the government not to perform its judicial work incase a Luo high profile worker is faced with the music of Law. Politics is not Law and Law is not Politics they are seperate and they should stay so. Kwaheri [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
