Federo supporters advised to tackle its problems  Buganda Federal agitators have been advised to first address the
problems that led to the failure of the system so that this time round the
problems can be avoided. The Presidential Policy Commission Chairman in the UPC Dr. James Rwanyarare sounded the remarks in an exclusive interview with radio Simba. Rwanyarare says that the system earlier failed n Buganda because of the sensationalism where by the Buganda Lukiiko passed a motion and implemented the act of chasing non Baganda and the central government offices from Buganda during Obote�s� regime.
