Hear! Hear! What a brilliant idea! Let us start in the President's Office and with his relatives! Next, we'll deal with the highest officers in the UPDF. (The United Nations has written voluminous and detailed reports on how Uganda plundered the DRC, naming specific names of the most corrupt and exactly why and how they did what. The reports are available on the internet, and of course I have copies for anyone interested) Next, we'll do the Ministers. By the time we get to MPs we'll have routed 80% of the corruption in Uganda. Leading by example is the way to go.
Otherwise, MP Mao's maxim that "fish start rotting from the head", holds.

(Uganda's Amassador to USA and/or UN) [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote (on [EMAIL PROTECTED]):
Yes, instead of lining up to greet returning convicted bicupuuli dealers like heroes, instead politicizing corruption, let everyone who believes that corruption is a cancer that must be uprooted or else it destroys the whole body join hands like Kenyans to fight corruption. Let the fight against corruption be not someone else's call, let it be our collective call. Let us be each other's "spy" if we are really serious about corruption. Like Kenyans, let us say no to corruption by deeds and not just by talk.
God bless you all!
